How It Works

The sensor measures the temperature and humidty inside your refrigerator or freezer and communicates wirelessly with the Arka Gateway. The gateway connects to the internet through your Wi-Fi network so you can check temperatures and receive alerts while you're away.
No subscription is required for standard temperature monitoring and alerts.
The Arka Gateway requires power, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection, and internet access for remote monitoring and alerts. Sensor-to-gateway range can vary depending on walls, appliances, and other environmental conditions.

Setup Details
1. Connect the Arka Gateway
Plug in the Arka Wi-Fi Gateway and follow the instructions in the Arka app to connect it to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Add Your Sensors
Use the Arka app to add the included wireless temperature sensors to your Gateway.
3. Place the Sensors
Place a sensor inside each refrigerator or freezer you want to monitor. No cables need to run through the appliance door or gasket.
4. Set Your Temperature Limits
Choose your desired high and low temperature limits for each sensor in the Arka app.
5. Start Monitoring
View temperature and humidity remotely and receive app and text alerts when temperatures move outside your selected limits.
Wi-Fi Requirement: The Arka Gateway requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with internet access for remote monitoring and alerts.
