No, there is no subscription fee for our WiFi Humidity & Temperature Monitor. We provide up to 10 text alerts per month at no additional cost. The WiFi Humidity & Temperature Monitor operates by reading the temperature and humidity every 2 minutes, though this interval can be adjusted to suit your needs. If the readings fall outside your preset range, the device sends text messages, phone app notifications, and sounds an alarm to alert you immediately. The sensor updates the server with the readings every hour, a frequency that can also be configured. Additionally, the Clima Notify phone app plots 21 days’ worth of readings for easy monitoring. For more extensive data analysis, users can download up to 2 years’ worth of readings as a spreadsheet. This comprehensive system ensures you have constant and customizable access to your environment’s conditions.

While the WiFi Humidity & Temperature Monitor can technically support the low temperatures found in freezers, we do not recommend using it in such environments. WiFi coverage inside a freezer can be unreliable, leading to potential connectivity issues. Additionally, operating the device in extreme temperatures can significantly shorten its battery life. For optimal performance and longevity, we suggest using the monitor in more moderate indoor conditions.
